Takamura are regarded as one of the best kitchen knife makers internationally. Hailing from Takefu in the Fukui prefecture, Takamura Hamono have a fantastic standard of fit and finish across all their lines and this VG-10 super steel series is no exception. The laser thin stepped grind and tsuchime finish give this collection amazing cutting performance but caution must be taken when handling such a fine edge.
