Hitohira TD Aogami2 Nashiji Staineless Clad Honesuki 150mm Walnut Handle
Hammer forged in Nigata by one of the prefectures most established workshops, this new Honesuki Kaku is forged from Aogami 2 hardened to approximately 62/64HRC, the core is stainless clad for ease of maintenance. This Honesuki has a decent thickness at the spine but with an edge thickness perfect for fine butchery work, the rustic Nashiji finish gives this knife a rugged look which will stand up to heavy use well.
