
Hitohira Stainless Clad Chinese Cleaver 200mm Beech Wood Handle
This chinese style cleaver has a traditional profile but utilises a Japanese style laminated construction with a core of SK5 carbon steel clad in stainless. The depth and thin geometry make it ideally suited for general purpose food preparation. The fine grain of the SK5 core means this knife will be easy to sharpen and capable of a fine edge. We would not recommend cutting bone with this cleaver.
