Hitohira TD SLD Hammered Bunka 170mm Monowood Handle
Hammer forged in Nigata by one of the prefectures most established workshops, this new Santoku utilises semi-stainless SLD steel renowned for its edge holding and fine cutting ability. This blade is thick at the spine but has a fine stepped grind helping it to easily move through ingredients and the stainless cladding ensures this knife will be easy to maintain.
