Iseya VG-10 Hammered Damascus Nakiri / Usuba 180mm
A fully stainless Damascus series made with VG-10 steel hardened to approximately 59 HRC. The handle is round shape and made from pakka wood. Made in Seki, Gifu prefecture.
The blade has a stepped grind and Tsuchime finish helping it to move effortlessly through food whilst reducing food sticking.
