Kichiji AUS-8 HAMMERED GYUTO 240mm 

Drop forged in Tosa, Kochi prefecture using Aichi Aus-8 steel With an HRC of 57-59. This workhorse series have a stepped grind and tsuchime finish with a full tang and western handle made from pakka wood. This series is particularly popular with professionals as it is tough and easy to maintain.
