Kichiji AUS-8 Honesuki / Boning Knife Kaku Type 150mm
Thin, light, nimble and fully stainless; this honesuki kaku is a great all-round Japanese boning knife that’s cleanly finished and robust. Aus-8 is one of our preferred stainless steels as it is not too brittle and easy to sharpen. The handle on this knife is deliberately oversized for better grip and control.
