Hammer Forged by Yoshito Yamakawa (Goko Hamono) Shirogami-2 clad in stainless, this series has a rustic Nashiji style finish with a stepped grind for ease of sharpening and superior cutting performance. Yoshito's small family workshop in Kashiwa City Chiba prefecture produces cutlery using a variety of straight carbon steels made entirely by hand.
