Drop forged using Sg Strix core, clad in damascus stainless and hardened to approximately 67HRC, this Hammered collection has a textured surface to reduce food sticking to the blade and a stepped grind for superior cutting performance and food release, The Japanese traditional octagonal handle are well finished and very comfortable in the hand, the scales are made from rosewood.
