HINODE SHIROGAMI 2 KUROUCHI HAMMERED GYUTO / CHEF'S KNIFE 210MM
Forged in Sanjo, Nigata prefecture by Mutsumi Hinoura. The Hinoura family are renowned for their craftmanship and Mutsumi Hinoura certainly does not disappoint with this attractive Gyuto. Made from Shirogami2 clad in soft iron with a stepped grind, this classic construction is ideal for the sharpening enthusiast as it facilitates easy thinning. The deep Tsuchime finish is a nice design features adding personality to this series. The blade is thin behind the edge with a nice Kasumi finish with really bright hagane. An excellent cutter with a good standard of fit and finish.
