Hammer forged in Kigami steel clad with soft iron fitted with a traditional Magnolia and Buffalo horn handle. This knife is made in Sakai, Osaka prefecture, renowned to produce single bevel knives. Ko-Deba is ideal for filleting small and delicate fish.
