Shohonzan Ohira Tennen Toishi NO.1
Medium-soft Japanese natural stone mined from the Ohira mine near Kyoto, this stone was graded by the supplier in Japan. Perfect for sharpening carbon steel knives and tools, the naturally occurring silica particles in these stones fracture whilst sharpening allowing you to create an edge with a variety of different sized striations for longer lasting sharpness and increased toothiness.
