Imojiya MZ VG-1 Gold Petty 135mm
A perfect harmony between practicality and performance. The high carbon VG-1 core has been cladded in soft stainless for ease of resharpening. This san-mai series is thin behind the edge giving it great cutting performance, the primary grind is asymmetrical with a sandblasted kasumi finish drawing the eye to the lamination line where the hagane (hard steel) meets the jigane (soft cladding). The western handle has a stainless bolster for added weight and balance and the blade has been hand engraved by the maker.
