DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
We currently deliver to the UK mainland, all the countries in EU, some of the countries in Europe, United States and Canada. Your order normally will be dispatched within 1~ 2 working days, subject to availability. Delivery will be made by courier and will require a signature for all items excluding small accessories. Delivery time may vary depending on circumstances outside of our control such as Bank Holidays, postal strikes or any reason by courier.

For Customers Outside the UK
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Custom duties and Import taxes)
After Brexit, all customers outside the UK are fully responsible to pay custom duties and import taxes for importing goods from the UK. And also, any costs of returning items to us.
We need confirmation from you before shipping your item. Our price on our website shows excluding UK VAT (20%) automatically. You will receive a letter from delivery company (eg. FedEx) for paying those tax before/after receiving the parcel.
You can use this Import Duty Calculator to try and get an idea of cost, but please note this is simply an estimate and final costs may vary. Please use "HS Code" 82119100.

DAMAGE OR LOST by Royal Mail
You must make a claim for damage or loss in writing as soon as after the incident and in any case within 80 Days of the date we accept the relevant Item (or 14 Days if you have consequential loss compensation) providing satisfactory proof that you post and we receive it. We cannot accept any responsibility for claims made after this time.
Also, we cannot accept responsibility for carriage delays caused by Royal Mail and any couriers. Subject to the other provisions of these Terms & Conditions the Company are not liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the goods.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you can return it within a period of 14 days from date of purchase for a full refund. The product must be in perfect condition such that it could be sold again. Please return the product following the procedure below. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 30 days.
You are responsible for returning the item completely unused, in its original packaging and with original tags still attached. No marks, no stains, no scratches which must be in the original undamaged condition and bring back to our store or sent by recorded delivery at your own cost. We will refund you the purchase price excluding any postage costs after we have received the returned item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All items are inspected thoroughly before being dispatched. On the rare occasion that there is something wrong with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund any items which arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Return of the faulty or damaged item must be arranged by the customer. We will refund full delivery charge if found to be at fault. We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in delivery, so we recommend that you return the item via Registered Post.
All our items are normally available and in stock. However, if any item you order is out of stock, we will let you know by email. You will then receive a choice of cancelling the item or back ordering it. Back ordering may take up to 30 days before shipment.
