Tsunehisa Aogami Super Stainless Clad Hammered Kurouchi Petty 135mm Rose Wood Handle
Drop forged with AS steel clad in stainless and hardened to approximately 65HRC, this classic Petty has a textured surface to reduce food sticking to the blade and a wide bevel grind for superior cutting performance and food release. This series is made in the Tosa Yamada area known for its Kurouchi knives.
