Fujiwara Maboroshi Gyuto Knife 180mm
Fujiwara Hamono was founded in 1870 and are renowned for their swords and kitchen knives. This is one of Teruyasu Fujiwara's signature collections easily recognizable due to the recurve on the choil, this small design detail helps to ensure the knife fits comfortably in the hand and gives the blade the feeling of a precision instrument.
The forged Tsuchime finish assists with food release whilst the stainless cladding makes the knife easier to maintain. Fujiwara’s signature series are revered worldwide by the most demanding professionals and is amongst the top tier of handcrafted cutlery forged in Japan.
