Kensho Itadaki #3000 Whetstone
Kensho whetstones are a collaboration between master sharpener Masashi Fujiwara and an expert natural whetstone supplier, each line has been designed to have very specific characteristics for sharpening different steel types or cutlery/tool types. The Itadaki line are particularly useful for uraoshi sharpening and for high alloy steels. These stones should be used with a small amount of water and should not be soaked for more than five minutes.
