Kichiji Jo-Saku Edo Style Takohiki Knife 300mm
Hammer forged from shirogami 2 clad with iron with a traditional Kasumi finish, this series are produced by expert craftsmen in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture renowned for producing single bevel cutlery. The Handle is made from Magnolia wood with a Buffalo horn ferrule. Takohiki is the Kanto style Sashimi knife used for almost all the same preparation as a Yanagiba.
