Sabitoru / Rust Eraser Medium Grit
This is a medium grit rust eraser perfect for removing rust and managing the patina on carbon steel knives and tools, it is also useful on other metal surfaces that can oxidize like cast iron pans. You can use it either wet or dry but we find using it with a little water is best for cleaning knives, make sure to only rub the sand rubber in one direction so you leave a uniform scratch pattern.
