As Christmas and the New Year approach, we would like to share our shop opening hours and important knife sharpening service deadlines with our customers.
Whether you are planning a visit or getting your kitchen ready for Christmas cooking, please take a moment to read the information below.

Sharp Knives, Better Christmas Cooking!--
Christmas is one of the busiest times in the kitchen, so why not get your knives professionally sharpened in time for the festive season?
If you would like your knives sharpened before Christmas, please take note of the following important dates:
- Last drop-off date: 4th December
- Last collection date before Christmas: 23rd December
Please note:
- Knives dropped off after 4th December will not be ready for collection until 2027.
- The estimated turnaround time of approximately two weeks applies to orders of up to three knives.
- Larger quantities may require additional processing time.
We recommend dropping off your knives by 4th December to ensure they are ready in time for Christmas.

Normal Opening Hours
10:30am β 6:30pm
- 1st β 23rd December (except Sundays)
- 29th December
Shortened Opening Hours
10:30am β 2:30pm
- 24th December
- 30th December
Christmas & New Year Closure
Our shop will be closed on the following dates:
- 25th β 28th December
- 31st December β 3rd January
We will resume normal business hours after the holiday break.
