Visited to SUSHI AMAMOTO
Hello!! This is Tomo — it’s been a while!
Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting SUSHI AMAMOTO for a special occasion.
We enjoyed an authentic omakase sushi course prepared by a sushi chef who trained in Japan.

Every one of the delicate appetisers was delicious, and the whole experience made me feel as though I was back in Japan.
One thing that particularly impressed me was the shari — the seasoned sushi rice.
Before the sushi course began, we were served a small, bite-sized portion of the rice on its own.
It was absolutely delicious! The way each grain held its shape, combined with just the right balance of acidity from the vinegar, was exactly to my taste. Both the texture and flavour were simply perfect, and I was genuinely delighted.
Of course, every piece of sushi that followed was equally outstanding.

The ingredients clearly reflected a real commitment to sourcing the very best produce from carefully chosen regions. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared to bring out the very best in every ingredient.
It was such a wonderful experience, enjoying truly exceptional food and drinks at a relaxed pace, while sharing conversations and warm smiles with the lovely team.
I left feeling completely satisfied and grateful for such a memorable experience.
Thank you so much for such a wonderful time!
