Collection: GOKO KOGETSU

The Kogetsu series made by Yoshito Yamakawa (Goko Hamono) are traditional Kanto Gyuto style western handled knives built to excel at fine cutting and last a lifetime, this no-nonsense collection of carbon steel knives is made from a single layer of SK-5 steel. Each knife goes through fifty processes in Yoshito’s workshop and is made without outsourcing any of the work, Yoshito learnt his craft in Kashiwa, Chiba under a master smith.
