The Japanese zodiac, called "Eto" (干支), is a 12-year cycle where each year is represented by an animal. The animals are:

Mino ware (a.k.a Mino yaki in Japanese) is a ceramic ware which is produced in Gifu prefecture, Japan. It has a long history and tradition from Azuchi-momoyama era (1568-1600). What makes Mino yaki special is their wide variety of pottery. Mino ware has over 15 types of pottery as traditional crafts instead of a single style.
