Kichiji Left-Handed Jo-Saku Yanagiba 240mm Rose Wood Handle
The translation of Yanagiba is willow leaf edge referring to the distinctive shape which was developed in the Kansai area of Japan during the Edo period. Hammer forged in Shiurogami clad with soft iron with a rosewood and Pakka wood handle. This knife is made in Sakai, Osaka Prefecture, renowned to produce single bevel knives.
