How to maintain your knives
Hello!
Today we're going to introduce how to maintain your knives.
1. Dry your knives
2. Apply oil
-Camellia/Japanese Tsubaki oil 100ml
If it's carbon steel, you need to keep it dry, and apply oil when you don't use for a while. Of course you can use for stainless steel!
3. Sharpening
-Whetstone
If you are begineer, we'll recommend a #1000 one.
If you've already had any whetstone, you can choose it depends on your knife's condition.

4. Remove rust
If you mind rust of your knife, you can try this (It might get scratch).
We sharpen your knives as well. If you don't sharpen by yourself or they have damages, please bring them to ourt shop with you!!
